I’ve decided that August is going to be food month! What does food month include? Well let me tell you:<br><br>

  • Food to reduce Inflammation! We’ll be taking a look at the anti-inflammation diet and the Whole 30 diet and Vegan and I will give you some recipes from each.
  • I will share with you 20 Anti-inflammatory foods.
  • Foods that may cause or exacerbate inflammation.
